  • Kevin O'Malley

    President / Coach / Trainer

    Kevin has been coaching & training for over 15 years. During that time, he has worked with division 1 male and female athletes across basketball, football, baseball & soccer. He has coaching experience at the elementary, middle, high school, feeder and AAU levels over his career.

    His coaching philosophy is based on skill development, advanced teachings of basketball schemes and concepts and creating a positive environment conducive to teaching the game to players of varying skill levels and experience. Kevin has an academic background with a degree in Psychology. Kevin is a USA Basketball Gold certified coach.

  • Lori Evans

    Coach / Trainer

    Lori was a product of the CPS School system, starting her basketball career at Lane Tech, and continuing on to play at the collegiate level at the University of Chicago.  During her tenure at UChicago, the team was ranked Top 25 nationally, at one point being ranked #1.  During her senior year, they were conference champs and made it to the NCAA Sweet 16. 

    Lori went on to be an assistant coach for the University of New Haven’s Women’s Basketball program, while also pursuing her Master’s.  After completing her degree, she came back home and volunteer coached at her alma mater.   Lori has experience coaching at 4th grade, 5th grade, high school and collegiate level. Lori is a USA Basketball Gold certified coach.

  • Charles McKinney

    Coach / Trainer

    Charles began his basketball journey at Quality Education Academy in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where he led his team to 2 national championships. A standout on both ends of the court, he was ranked 48th nationally as a shooting guard by ESPN’s Top 100 and earned a Scout Grade of 90. Coming out of high school, Charles was ranked 51st in the country for his position, 40th regionally, and 14th in the state. Known for his elite defense and high basketball IQ, he went on to compete at the Division 1 level in the Big East, making an immediate impact as a freshman at DePaul University, earning a starting spot and later serving as team captain. He was also featured three times on ESPN’s SportsCenter Top 10 Plays of the Week.

    After college, Charles signed with SJB Sports Agency and continued his professional career with the NBA G League’s Erie BayHawks in Erie, Pennsylvania. His journey then took him overseas, where he played for Union Aix-Venelles in southern France, gaining valuable international experience and continuing to develop his game at a high level.

    Today, Charles brings that same passion, discipline, and global perspective to coaching. With years of training experience across all levels from elementary to high school athletes he is dedicated to developing well-rounded players both on and off the court. Charles is a USA Basketball Gold certified coach.

  • Saveion Shadd

    Coach / Trainer

    Saveion played varsity basketball for Niles North and Evanston Township High School, accumulating a 62-20 record in 3 years as a player.

    He has been training and coaching youth players for several years and has a proven track record of skill development with youth athletes.

    Mr. Shadd is currently on staff at Niles North as a boys varsity assistant coach with a record of 71-19 and a 2022-2023 CSL conference championship during that time. Saveion is a USA Basketball Gold certified coach.

  • Simon Wright

    Coach / Trainer

    Simon was a 4-year varsity player at Hopkins High School in Hopkins, Minnesota. 2016 AAAA Minnesota High School State Champion, Lake conference champion all 4 years.

    He played 130 career games at the Division 1 level for the Elon Phoenix and the Maryland Terrapins. Simon’s Elon team made a CAA championship game appearance, and he was a 2-time team Captain.

    Mr. Wright has training experience with 43 Hoops Basketball Academy as well as Infinity Athletics. Simon is currently acquiring his PhD in sports psychology. Simon is a USA Basketball Gold certified coach.

  • Aaron Flowers

    Coach / Trainer

    Aaron Flowers was voted CSL all-conference at Niles West his senior year, and won numerous awards from MVP to defensive player of the year.  Aaron went on to play college basketball, as well as professionally in the Philippines. Coach Flowers has committed to coaching and training when in the offseason from his professional playing career. Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge to Infinity and will be running training sessions, as well as coaching teams.

  • Emir Metovic

    Strength & Conditioning Coach

    Emir has been training for 10+ years working with athletes in individual as well as group settings. Metovic trains athletes of all ages and levels, and builds a unique approach to the regimen of every client. Coach M currently works as an elementary & middle school PE Teacher.

  • Matt Sechman

    Coach / Trainer

    Matt attended and played basketball at Loyola Academy, graduating in 2017. He went on to play two years at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater then transferred and played two years at Lakeland University. At Lakeland University, Matt was a captain both years and earned his degree in sports management with an emphasis in coaching. He is currently working on completing his master’s degree in teaching. Matt has been coaching with Loyola Academy’s Maroon and Gold Feeder program for the past 4 years.

  • Sydney DeHorn

    Coach / Trainer

    Sydney DeHorn attended Glenbrook South High School where she had a 4 year basketball career. She played AAU with Full Package and Midwest Elite before heading to Michigan State University, where she played intramural basketball. Coach DeHorn has youth coaching experience with boys and girls teams. Sydney is a USA Basketball Gold certified coach.

  • Ramar Evans

    Coach / Trainer

    Ramar attended Loyola Academy, where he was a three year starter and two-time captain. He led his team to a Regional Championship in his senior year and currently ranks sixth all time in points scored at Loyola. Ramar then went on to play five years at Division II, Wisconsin-Parkside. There, he played in 128 games, starting 97 and received All-GLIAC Defensive Team honors twice.

    After graduating with degrees in communications and sport management, Ramar is back working at Loyola Academy in their Admissions department as well as an assistant boys varsity coach. He has years of training experience under his belt ranging from elementary to high school players.

  • Aaliyah Patty

    Coach / Trainer

    Aaliyah attended Montini Catholic High School In Lombard, Illinois as a Varsity player all 4 years, going down state 3 out of her 4 years there. Her senior year she led the Broncos in scoring and rebounding and finished 2nd in the state and ranked #4. Aaliyah was Illinois Ms. Basketball runner up.

    Aaliyah went on to attend The Ohio State University on an athletic scholarship for 3 years and was a starter for 2 out of 3 of those years. Aaliyah was a key contributor to Ohio State when they finished 2nd in the Big 10 Tournament. Aaliyah transferred to Texas A&M her senior year and earned a starting position for the Aggies. Aaliyah is a Texas A&M graduate and a 1,000 point scorer in her college career.

    Aaliyah currently plays professionaly in the Greek A-1 League for Esperides.
