✶ Saturday or Sunday ONLY gameplay options are available to accomodate fall multisport athletes.

This program is designed to introduce fundamental basketball concepts. Athletes will develop overall basketball skills in a team dynamic. This session does not offer gameplay, however we will have occasional inter squad scrimmages in our training sessions.

TRAINING / SKILL DEVELOPMENT
Basketball skills & drills for all ages, genders and skill levels. Skill specific, small group or 1 on 1 workouts available upon request. Contact coach directly to schedule. Space is limited to ensure a manageable coach to player ratio.

Athletes will work on skill-specific workouts and push themselves to maximum effort sessions. Programs will start from the basics and build on fundamental concepts, not only focusing on the physical aspect but also the mental aspect of the game.
